Announcement on resignation of directors

The board of directors of Shenzhen Agricultural Products Group Co.Ltd(000061) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") received Mr. Wang Li's resignation report on January 12, 2022. Mr. Wang Li resigned from the relevant positions of the company's directors and special committees of the board of directors due to reaching the retirement age. After his resignation, he will no longer hold other positions in the company.
