At the same time, according to the notice requirements of the State Administration of market supervision on unifying and standardizing the registration of market subjects, the expression of the original part of the business scope is adjusted according to the standard expression catalogue of business scope formulated by the State Administration of market supervision. After this change, the main business of the company will not change significantly. Due to the change of business scope, the Company re formulated the articles of association. The company held the eighth meeting of the Fifth Board of directors on December 23, 2021 and January 10, 2022 respectively, and the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on changing the company’s business scope and reformulating the articles of association, and decided to change the company’s business scope and reformulate the articles of association. According to relevant resolutions, the company has recently completed relevant change registration and filing procedures according to law.
