1、 Meetings held
On April 29, 2022, the 29th meeting of the 5th board of directors of Guangdong Senssun Weighing Apparatus Group Ltd(002870) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held in the company’s conference room by on-site and communication. The notice of this meeting was sent to all directors by fax, e-mail and personal delivery on April 24, 2022. There were 9 directors who should attend the meeting, and 9 actually attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhao Yukun, chairman of the company, and the supervisors and senior managers of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The meeting was held in accordance with the provisions of the company law and the articles of association.

From the perspective of standardizing operation and improving decision-making efficiency, Mr. Zhao Yukun, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, requested the board of directors to submit this proposal in the form of interim proposal to the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation. The board of directors of the company agreed to submit the above proposal to the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation in the form of interim proposal.
