1、 Remuneration of supervisors in 2021

Aoyuan Beauty Valley Technology Co.Ltd(000615) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) salary and performance management system. The salary of internal supervisors consists of basic salary and year-end performance bonus: the basic salary is mainly determined according to post responsibility, management ability, qualification responsibility, market salary level and other factors, combined with the current profitability of the company; The year-end performance bonus is determined according to the performance completion of the company in the current year and the completion of personal work; External supervisors only receive allowances.

After accounting, the remuneration of supervisors of the company in 2021 is as follows:

2、 Remuneration plan for supervisors in 2022

According to the articles of association and the company’s relevant salary and performance management system, combined with the current industry situation, the company’s actual operation and business assessment requirements, the salary scheme of the company’s supervisors in 2021 is as follows:

1. The scheme is applicable to the incumbent supervisors.

2. The application period of this scheme: from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

3. Salary standard: the internal supervisors receive corresponding remuneration according to the company’s salary and performance management system according to their specific positions in the company. The basic salary is paid on an average monthly basis. The year-end performance bonus is determined according to the company’s performance and personal work completion in the current year, and they do not receive the supervisor’s salary. External supervisors only receive allowances.

4. Other matters:

(1) The above salary and performance bonus are pre tax amounts, and the personal income tax involved is uniformly withheld and paid by the company;

(2) Those who hold other positions concurrently can only receive a higher salary according to the principle of “high is not low”, but the assessment indicators include the work responsibilities of their concurrent positions.

This proposal shall be submitted to the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
