Opinions on special notes of the board of directors on matters involved in non-standard audit report
The financial statements of Lion New Energy Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) for the year 2021 have been audited by China Audit Asia Pacific Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership), and an audit report with no opinion of China Audit Asia Pacific audit Zi [2022] Haima Automobile Co.Ltd(000572) was issued on April 29, 2022. The board of directors of the company issued the special instructions of the board of directors on matters involved in the audit report with non-standard opinions. In accordance with the requirements of relevant provisions such as the rules for the preparation and reporting of information disclosure of companies offering securities to the public No. 14 – non-standard unqualified audit opinions and the handling of matters involved, the board of supervisors reviewed the special statement of the board of directors on matters involved in the audit report of non-standard opinions, and issued the following opinions:
1. For the audit report issued by China Audit Asia Pacific Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) that cannot express opinions, the board of supervisors respects the professionalism and independent judgment of the audit institution. The explanation of the board of directors on the matters involved in the non-standard opinion audit report is in line with the actual situation of the company, and the board of supervisors agreed to the special explanation of the board of directors on the matters involved in the non-standard opinion audit report.
2. The board of directors and management of the company have formulated a series of positive measures to eliminate matters that cannot be expressed opinions and improve the current business situation of the company. The board of supervisors will earnestly perform its duties, continue to pay attention to the promotion of relevant measures of the company, strive to eliminate matters that cannot express opinions and their impact as soon as possible, and safeguard the interests of the company and all shareholders.
