Bright Oceans Inter-Telecom Corporation(600289) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or “Yiyang Xintong”) hired Dahua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “annual audit accountant”) as the audit institution of the company’s 2021 annual financial report. The annual audit accountant audited the company’s 2021 annual financial report and issued a qualified audit report with highlighted events and significant uncertainties related to going concern. According to the requirements of relevant provisions such as the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange and the rules for the preparation and reporting of information disclosure of companies that offer securities to the public No. 14 – non-standard audit opinions and treatment of matters involved, the board of supervisors of the company issued the following opinions on the special explanation of matters involved in the audit report issued by the board of directors in 2021 with qualified opinions on matters with emphasis and major uncertainties related to going concern:
1. The board of directors of the company issued a special statement on the matters involved in the qualified opinion audit report issued by Dahua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) with emphasized matters and significant uncertainties related to going concern, and recognized and respected its independent judgment. The board of supervisors of the company agrees with the special instructions issued by the board of directors.
2. In 2022, we will continue to earnestly perform various functions of the board of supervisors and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company and all shareholders.
