Dear shareholders
In 2021, the board of supervisors of Whole Easy Internet Technology Co.Ltd(002464) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) operated in strict accordance with the company law, the articles of association, the rules of procedure of the board of supervisors and other relevant provisions, actively exercised its functions and powers, faithfully fulfilled its obligations, diligently carried out supervision, and actively safeguarded the legitimate interests of all shareholders. 1、 Work of the board of supervisors during the reporting period
During the reporting period, the board of supervisors of the company held four meetings. The main situations of the meetings are as follows:
（1） The 13th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was held on April 21, 2021, and the following proposals were considered and adopted:
1. Proposal on Amending the rules of procedure of the board of supervisors
2. Proposal on the work report of the board of supervisors in 2020
3. Proposal on the company’s financial final accounts in 2020
4. Proposal on the company’s 2020 annual report and its summary
5. Proposal on the company’s 2020 profit distribution plan
6. Proposal on the company’s internal control self-evaluation report in 2020
7. Proposal on special explanation of matters involved in non-standard audit opinions of the company’s 2020 financial report
(II) the 14th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was held on April 28, 2021, and the proposal on the company’s report for the first quarter of 2021 was considered and adopted.
(III) the 15th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was held on August 11, 2021, and the proposal on the company’s 2021 semi annual report and summary was deliberated and adopted
(IV) the 16th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors was held on October 27, 2021, and the proposal on the third quarter report of the company in 2021 was deliberated and adopted.
During the reporting period, members of the board of supervisors attended the general meeting of shareholders of the company as nonvoting delegates. The board of supervisors of the company conscientiously performed its supervisory duties, ensured the normal operation and management of the company, and effectively safeguarded the interests of the company and shareholders.

（1） Legal operation of the company
The board of supervisors earnestly performed the functions and powers conferred by the company law, the articles of association, the rules of procedure of the board of supervisors and other relevant laws, regulations and rules, actively participated in the general meeting of shareholders and supervised the legal operation of the company in 2021. The board of supervisors believes that the company has continuously improved and improved its internal control system and governance structure, forming a standardized management system; The operation of the board of directors is standardized, the decision-making is reasonable and the procedures are legal, and the resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders have been carefully implemented, and the obligation of good faith has been faithfully fulfilled; The directors and senior managers of the company earnestly perform their duties and have not violated laws, regulations, the articles of association or harmed the interests of the company.

The board of supervisors supervised, inspected and reviewed the financial status and management of the company in 2021, and reviewed the financial statements, periodic reports and relevant documents.
The board of supervisors believes that the company’s financial system is sound, the financial operation is standardized, the preparation and review of periodic reports comply with laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the CSRC, the contents of the reports truly, accurately and completely reflect the actual situation of the company, and there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions.

During the reporting period, the board of supervisors supervised and verified the related party transactions of the company.
The company and related parties are independent of each other in business, personnel, finance, assets, institutions, etc.
（4） Comments on the self-evaluation report of internal control
The board of supervisors checked the self-evaluation report of the company’s internal control in 2021 and the construction and operation of the company’s internal control system.
The board of supervisors believes that the design of the company’s internal control is reasonable and the implementation is effective. The company’s internal control in 2021 has integrity, rationality and effectiveness. The self evaluation report on internal control of the company in 2021 truly and objectively reflects the construction and operation of the company’s internal control system.

The board of supervisors believes that the company has conscientiously implemented the registration and management system for insiders of inside information, and timely submitted the files of insiders of inside information to the regulatory authorities.
