Zhejiang Busen Garments Co.Ltd(002569) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has issued the proposal on the full text and summary of the company’s 2021 annual report on April 29, 2022. In order to facilitate the majority of investors to have an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the company, the company will hold an investor reception day during the 2021 annual general meeting. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1. Reception date: May 20, 2022 (Friday) during the 2021 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
2. Reception time: 13:30-15:30 pm on the reception day.
3. Reception location: company conference room, 13th floor, west of approval center, No. 9, Feiyunjiang Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou.
4. Registration appointment: participating investors are requested to contact the Securities Department of the company three working days before the “investor reception day”, and provide an outline of questions at the same time for reception, registration and arrangement.
