The annual report of the company has been reviewed and approved by the annual board of directors and the annual board of supervisors in 2021. Its content is true, accurate and complete. The preparation and review procedures comply with the relevant provisions on the preparation of periodic reports of Listed Companies in the standards for the contents and forms of information disclosure by companies offering securities to the public No. 2 – Contents and forms of annual reports (revised in 2021). The directors of the company Huang Huamin, Zhang Fubo Du Min has objections to the preparation, review and final report of the 2021 annual report, and the remaining directors, supervisors and senior managers have no objections to the preparation, review and final report of this annual report.
Huang Huamin, Zhang Fubo and Du min, the directors of the company, said that they abstained. Due to the problems of corporate governance and internal control, I was limited in performing my duties and could not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the company’s 2021 annual report.
