Hna Investment Group Co.Ltd(000616) (hereinafter referred to as “HNA investment” or “the company”) held the 7th Meeting of the 9th board of directors on April 27, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on employing Mr. Li Ming as the deputy general manager of the company.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, the board of directors of the company agreed to employ Mr. Li Ming as the deputy general manager of the company. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval of the current board of directors to the expiration of the current board of directors. Li Ming, born in December 1971, is a certified public accountant and certified asset appraiser. He has successively served as the financial manager of Beijing jinlanfu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the general manager of the control business department of Yonyou Network Technology Co.Ltd(600588) group, and the financial consultant of Beijing Jingcheng Huanneng Technology Co., Ltd. He is now an accountant of Xinjiang Ruifeng certified public accountants Co., Ltd. and an asset appraiser of Xinjiang Ruifeng Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd.
