Announcement on changing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Zhongyan Technology Co.Ltd(003001) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the notice on replacing the Zhongyan Technology Co.Ltd(003001) continuous supervision recommendation representative from the sponsor Zhongde Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongde securities”) on January 12, 2022. Mr. Chen Xiangyou, the original continuous supervision recommendation representative, was unable to continue to serve as the company’s continuous supervision recommendation representative due to his resignation. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the company’s continuous supervision, Ms. Shan Xiaowei (see the attachment for her resume) is authorized by Zhongde securities to succeed Mr. Chen Xiangyou as the company’s continuous supervision sponsor representative from January 12, 2022 and continue to perform the responsibility of continuous supervision to the company.
This change will not affect the continuous supervision of Sino German securities to the company.
After the change of the sponsor representative, the sponsor representatives responsible for the continuous supervision of the company’s initial public offering and listing are Mr. Li Jin and Ms. Shan Xiaowei, and the continuous supervision period is until December 31, 2022.
