Announcement on resolutions of the 25th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors

1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The 25th meeting of the eighth board of supervisors of Jiangsu Eastern Shenghong Co.Ltd(000301) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was sent out on January 7, 2022 in the form of personal delivery, fax or e-mail, and was held on January 12, 2022 by means of communication voting. Four supervisors should attend the meeting of the board of supervisors, and four actually attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Ni Genyuan, chairman of the board of supervisors, and the senior management of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
The meeting of the board of supervisors was held in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association.

Ms. Feng Qin resigned as a supervisor of the 8th board of supervisors of the company due to job change. Her resignation will take effect from January 12, 2022. Upon the recommendation of the shareholder unit, the board of supervisors of the company nominated Ms. Zhou Xuefeng as the supervisor candidate of the eighth board of supervisors. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval by the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the term of office of the eighth board of supervisors.
This proposal shall be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
