Announcement on resignation of supervisors and by election of supervisors

The board of supervisors of Jiangsu Eastern Shenghong Co.Ltd(000301) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Ms. Feng Qin, the supervisor of the company, on January 12, 2022. Ms. Feng Qin resigned as a supervisor of the eighth board of supervisors of the company due to job change. After her resignation, Ms. Feng Qin no longer held any position in the company and its subordinate enterprises. According to the company law and the articles of association, the resignation shall take effect from January 12, 2022. As of the announcement date, Ms. Feng Qin did not hold shares in the company.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, according to the relevant provisions of the articles of association, the eighth board of supervisors of the company needs to add one supervisor. On January 12, 2022, the company held the 25th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors, deliberated and adopted the proposal on the election of supervisors of the company. Upon the recommendation of the shareholder unit, the board of supervisors of the company nominated Ms. Zhou Xuefeng (see the appendix for her resume) as the supervisor candidate of the eighth board of supervisors. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval by the general meeting of shareholders to the date of expiration of the term of office of the eighth board of supervisors.

Zhou Xuefeng, female, born in October 1979, Han nationality, native of Wujiang, Jiangsu Province, Chinese nationality, without overseas permanent residency, member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor degree in business administration, master of Engineering in computer technology and intermediate economist.
Since August 2014, he has been the manager of risk control audit department of Suzhou Wujiang Dongfang state owned capital investment and Operation Co., Ltd. and the chairman of the board of supervisors of Suzhou Wujiang Dongfang state owned capital investment and Operation Co., Ltd. since October 2020.

1. Ms. Zhou Xuefeng has no relationship with the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the company or shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares of the company, and has no kinship with the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the company.
