China Wuyi Co.Ltd(000797) announcement on renaming corporate bonds issued to professional investors
On June 28, 2021, China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the registration application of China Wuyi Co.Ltd(000797) corporate bonds with a total face value of no more than 820 million yuan (including 820 million yuan) to professional investors (hereinafter referred to as “the bonds”) in the document of “CSRC license [2021] No. 2198”.
This bond declaration is named ” China Wuyi Co.Ltd(000797) 2021 public issuance of corporate bonds”. As it involves installment issuance, according to the naming rules, the name of the current bond is determined as ” China Wuyi Co.Ltd(000797) 2022 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (phase I)”.
The change of the name of this bond does not change the legal effect of the original signed documents related to this bond. The foregoing legal documents include but are not limited to: China Wuyi Co.Ltd(000797) 2020 trustee agreement for public issuance of corporate bonds, rules for the meeting of bondholders of public issuance of corporate bonds in China Wuyi Co.Ltd(000797) 2020, etc.
