Announcement on resignation of directors of the company

Recently, the board of directors of Yonker Environmental Protection Co.Ltd(300187) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Zhu Hailin, a director of the company. Mr. zhuhailin applied for resignation of the board of directors and member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the company for personal reasons. His original term of office expires on September 14th, 2023. After resigning from the above position, Mr. Zhu Hailin will no longer hold any position in the company.
According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “company law”), the articles of association of Yonker Environmental Protection Co.Ltd(300187) (hereinafter referred to as the “articles of association”) and other relevant laws and regulations, Mr. Zhu Hailin’s resignation did not cause the number of members of the board of directors to be less than the quorum, and his resignation would not affect the normal operation of the board of directors of the company, His resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors of the company.
