The notice of this meeting was sent to all supervisors by telephone and wechat on January 10, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Yongtian. There were 3 supervisors who should attend and 3 supervisors who actually attended. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the articles of association, the rules of procedure of the board of supervisors and other relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, and the meeting was legal and effective.
