Nanning Sugar Industry Co.Ltd(000911) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 11th meeting of the 7th board of directors on April 25, 2022, deliberated and approved the proposal on modifying the company’s business scope and amending the articles of association, and agreed that the company should modify the company’s business scope and amend the articles of Association accordingly.
