(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and approved the proposal on the appointment of vice president and Secretary of the board of directors at the 7th Meeting of the 5th board of directors held on April 26, 2022. Worked in Everbright Securities Company Limited(601788) , Founder Securities Co.Ltd(601901) , Kyushu Securities Co., Ltd. from 2017 to 2021, served as vice president and general manager of Strategic Investment Department of Chinese future education technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary. He is currently the vice president and Secretary of the board of directors of the company and has obtained the qualification certificate of secretary of the board of directors issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
