According to the articles of association, working rules of the remuneration and appraisal committee of the board of directors and other relevant systems of the company, combined with the actual situation of the company and referring to the salary level of the industry, the remuneration and appraisal committee of the board of directors confirmed that the remuneration of senior managers of the company in 2020 is as follows:

3、 Salary standard
The actual remuneration of the company’s senior managers in 2021 is as follows:

4、 Distribution method
The basic salary is paid on an average monthly basis, and the performance salary is paid according to the performance appraisal in 2021.
