Modern Avenue Group Co.Ltd(002656) held the 10th meeting of the 5th board of directors on April 26, 2022, deliberated and approved the proposal on appointing the head of the company’s internal audit department, and agreed to appoint Ms. Huang shaojuan as the head of the company’s internal audit. The term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval of the current board of directors to the date of expiration of the term of office of the 5th board of directors.
