Announcement of applying to the bank for comprehensive credit line in 2022
The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the contents of this announcement, and bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents. On April 25, 2022, the third session of the 10th board of directors of the company deliberated and approved the proposal on the holding subsidiary Xiamen Hongfa Guangdong Brandmax Marketing Co.Ltd(300805) Co., Ltd. applying to the bank for comprehensive credit line in 2022. According to the development plan of the holding subsidiary Xiamen Hongfa Guangdong Brandmax Marketing Co.Ltd(300805) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hongfa Diansheng”), in order to meet the daily operating capital needs of Hongfa Diansheng, reduce financing costs and improve capital operation capacity, At the same time, in combination with the capital situation, Hongfa Diansheng plans to apply to the bank for a comprehensive credit line with a total amount of no more than RMB 6470 million in 2022, with a term of two years from the date of deliberation and approval by the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2021. Comprehensive credit varieties include but are not limited to: short-term working capital loan, medium and long-term loan, bank acceptance bill, letter of guarantee, letter of credit, mortgage loan, etc. The above credit line is not equal to the actual financing amount of the company. The actual financing amount should be within the credit line and subject to the actual financing amount between the bank and Hongfa Diansheng. The specific financing amount will be reasonably determined according to the actual demand of Hongfa Diansheng’s working capital. Within the credit term, the credit line can be recycled.
