On January 12, 2022, Guangzhou Kingmed Diagnostics Group Co.Ltd(603882) (hereinafter referred to as ” Guangzhou Kingmed Diagnostics Group Co.Ltd(603882) “, “company” or “group”) noticed that Xuchang Public Security Bureau of Henan Province informed Zhang moudong, an employee of Zhengzhou Jinyu clinical testing center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhengzhou Jinyu”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, of his alleged violation of the law, and Guangzhou Kingmed Diagnostics Group Co.Ltd(603882) attached great importance to this incident, After preliminary verification, the company explained the above events as follows.
2、 Preliminary verification of the company
After preliminary verification by the company, on January 2, 2022, Zhengzhou Jinyu received a notice from Yuzhou health department under Xuchang city to participate in Yuzhou epidemic prevention and control, sent four staff to immediately form a six person support team with two local staff such as Zhang moudong. After arriving in Yuzhou, from January 2 to 9, six people participated in on-site auxiliary work in various towns and townships mainly arranged by the local health department. With regard to the suspected illegal incident of Zhang moudong, an employee of Zhengzhou Jinyu, Guangzhou Kingmed Diagnostics Group Co.Ltd(603882) is actively cooperating with the police to investigate the incident. After the investigation results are clear, they will be announced to the public in time.
