Sunvim Group Co.Ltd(002083) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of directors received the written resignation report of Mr. Yu conghai from the company on April 25, 2022, and Mr. Yu conghai applied for resignation as a director of the company for personal reasons. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of directors of the company, the company held the 19th meeting of the seventh board of directors on April 25, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on nominating candidates for the by election of non independent directors of the seventh board of directors of the company, and agreed to nominate Mr. Sun Haobo as the candidate for the by election of non independent directors of the seventh board of directors of the company.
