Mr. Gong min, born in 1961, Professor, doctoral supervisor, subsidy expert of the State Council and academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province. Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad. He received a master’s degree from the Department of physics of Sichuan University in 1984 and a doctor of philosophy from the University of Hong Kong in 1999. He has successively served as Dean and party secretary of the school of physics of Sichuan University.
