1、 Overview
Shandong Taihe Water Treatment Technologies Co.Ltd(300801) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) signed a cooperation agreement with Zaozhuang Zhongke Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongke chemical”) on November 18, 2021 to lease its assets for the production of liquid chlorine, caustic soda and other products. The company took this opportunity to enter new fields, expand its business scope and create new profit growth points. At the same time, it can extend the company’s industrial chain, reduce production costs and enhance core competitiveness.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the projects involved in the cooperation agreement, the company invested and established a wholly-owned subsidiary hydrogen new materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “hydrogen new materials”) with its own capital of 50 million yuan as the implementation subject of relevant projects, responsible for the daily production and operation of the project.

2、 Progress
On April 14, 2022, hydrogen power new material has obtained the work safety license, and the asset lease agreement and personnel resettlement agreement signed with Zhongke chemical have come into force. Up to now, the handover of assets and personnel between hydrogen new materials and Zhongke chemical has been basically completed, and relevant projects are planned to be launched in the near future.
