Announcement on the return of idle raised funds temporarily supplemented with working capital

Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 25th meeting of the 5th board of directors and the 17th meeting of the 5th board of supervisors on July 23, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on using some idle raised funds to temporarily supplement working capital. In order to improve the use efficiency of raised funds and further reduce financial costs, It is agreed that the company, on the premise of ensuring the normal implementation of the investment projects with raised funds, will temporarily supplement the working capital with idle raised funds of no more than 1.9 billion yuan. The funds are limited to the production and operation related to the main business. The service life shall not exceed 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors, and will be returned to the special storage account for raised funds of the company in time after expiration. For details, please refer to the announcement on temporarily replenishing working capital with some idle raised funds disclosed by the company on July 24, 2021 (Announcement No.: 2021079).
According to the company’s fund use arrangement, the amount of idle raised funds actually used by the company to temporarily supplement working capital is RMB 1.9 billion. As of April 22, 2022, the company has returned all the above idle raised funds used to temporarily supplement working capital to the special storage account for raised funds, with a service life of no more than 12 months, and has notified the recommendation institution and the recommendation representative of the return of the above idle raised funds. At this point, all the idle funds raised by the company have been temporarily returned.
