Implementation results of share reduction plan
On October 8, 2021, the company disclosed the announcement of Beijing Seeyon Internet Software Corp(688369) shareholders’ share reduction plan (Announcement No.: 2021-037).
Due to the capital needs of shareholders, Net263 Ltd(002467) plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 2267000 shares by means of centralized bidding and block trading, that is, no more than 2.94% of the total share capital of the company.
