Announcement on resolutions of the 19th meeting of the 10th board of supervisors

1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The 19th meeting of the 10th board of supervisors of China Security Co.Ltd(600654) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held at 10:00 a.m. on January 11, 2022 by on-site combined with communication voting. The meeting notice shall be sent to all supervisors by telephone and e-mail. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Xie Zhongxin, chairman of the board of supervisors. The convening, convening and voting procedures of the meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association.
2、 Deliberation at the meeting of the board of supervisors
After voting by the supervisors attending the meeting, the meeting deliberated and adopted the following resolutions:

The 10th board of supervisors of the company has expired in July 2021. The board of supervisors agrees to nominate the following persons as candidates for the 11th board of supervisors of the company. Nominate Mr. Li Shicheng and Mr. Wang Xu as candidates for supervisors of the 11th board of supervisors of the company.
Voting: 3 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
This proposal needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation.
