After public bidding, the bidder Li Suiyi won the auction target “4 million Shandong Oriental Ocean Sci-Tech Co.Ltd(002086) * ST Toyo shares held by Che Zhiyuan” at the highest bid price. The auction transaction price is RMB 8736000.00 (eight million seven hundred and thirty-six thousand yuan only).
