Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 28th meeting of the Fifth Board of directors on December 9, 2021. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on capital increase of wholly-owned subsidiaries, It is agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) “) will increase the capital of Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) investment (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jingao investment”) with its own capital of RMB 1 billion. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Jingao investment will increase from RMB 1376974500 to RMB 2376974500, Jingao Cecep Solar Energy Co.Ltd(000591) still holds 100% of its equity. For details, please refer to the announcement on capital increase of wholly-owned subsidiaries (Announcement No.: 2021-134) disclosed by the company on December 10, 2021. Recently, Jingao investment completed the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the above capital increase, and obtained the business license issued by Shanghai Jing\’an District market supervision and administration. The registered capital of Jingao investment was changed to 2376974500 yuan.
