The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on changing the registered capital of the company and amending the articles of association, changing the registered capital of the company and amending the articles of Association accordingly. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Changes in registered capital of the company
On October 22, 2021, the company held the fifth meeting of the Fourth Board of directors and the fifth meeting of the Fourth Board of supervisors, deliberated and approved the proposal on the achievement of the exercise conditions in the second exercise period of the first grant of stock options and the first exercise period of the reserved grant of stock options of the company’s 2018 stock option and restricted stock incentive plan, It is considered that the exercisable conditions of the second exercise period for the first grant of stock options and the first exercise period reserved for the grant of stock options in the company’s stock option and restricted vote incentive plan in 2018 have been met, and it is agreed to handle the exercise procedures of 1035000 stock options for 103 incentive objects who meet the assessment requirements.
Up to now, all of the above 103 incentive objects of the company have completed the exercise, with a total of 1035000 exercises. The registered capital and total number of shares of the company need to be changed accordingly. The share capital of the company is changed from 390511193 shares to 391546193 shares.
