The announcement on the company’s business scope and amendment of the articles of Association China National Complete Plant Import And Export Co.Ltd(000151) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted the proposal on increasing the company’s business scope and amending the articles of association at the 28th meeting of the 8th board of directors held on April 22, 2022. In combination with the actual situation of the company’s development plan and business transformation, according to the company law, the guidelines for the articles of association of listed companies and the stock listing rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company plans to increase its business scope and amend the articles of association. 1、 Increase of business scope

After registration according to law, the business scope of the company is:
