Anhui Ankai Automobile Co.Ltd(000868) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) convened the 12th meeting of the 8th board of directors on January 11, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on changing the financial director of the company. Due to the adjustment of work division, Mr. Liu Yong, the financial director of the company, no longer holds the post of financial director of the company, but still holds the post of director, general manager and Secretary of the board of directors of the company. The company and the board of directors expressed their loyal thanks to Mr. Liu Yong for his contribution to the development of the company during his tenure as the financial director of the company.
