Beijing Hezong Science&Technology Co.Ltd(300477) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the Fifth Board of supervisors is about to expire. According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the articles of association, the employee representative supervisor of the sixth board of supervisors of the company is elected at this meeting. On January 11, 2022, the company held an employee representative meeting in the company’s conference room. After full discussion and voting by the representatives present, the following resolutions were reached: the representatives present unanimously agreed to elect Ms. Guo Yanna (see the appendix for her resume) as the employee representative supervisor of the sixth board of supervisors of the company, and jointly form the sixth board of supervisors of the company with two non employee representative supervisors elected by the general meeting of shareholders of the company, The term of office is three years until the expiration of the sixth board of supervisors.

Ms. Guo Yanna, born in 1987, Chinese nationality, junior accountant. In June 2014, he graduated from China University of mining and Technology (Beijing) with a bachelor’s degree. On May 21, 2013, he obtained the professional and technical qualification certificate of junior accountant and served as the business assistant of Beijing Yicheng Xintong Smart Card Co., Ltd. from May 2008 to May 2010; From May 2010 to now, he has been the accountant of the Finance Department of the company.
At present, Ms. Guo Yanna does not hold the company’s shares and has no relationship with the controlling shareholder, actual controller, other directors, supervisors, senior managers and shareholders holding more than 5% of the company’s shares.
