During the reporting period, the company did not have any form of external guarantee, nor did it have any external guarantee that occurred in the previous period but lasted until the reporting period.
2. Independent opinions on external guarantee:
During the reporting period, the company strictly complied with the relevant provisions of relevant laws and regulations on guarantee matters, and there was no damage to the interests of the company and its shareholders, especially minority shareholders.
