Announcement on resignation of non employee representative supervisors and by election of non employee representative supervisors

The board of supervisors of Shanghai Hi-Road Food Technology Co.Ltd(300915) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Yuan Bin, a non employee representative supervisor of the company. Ms. Yuan Bin requested to resign from the post of non employee representative supervisor of the third board of supervisors of the company for personal reasons. After her resignation, Ms. Yuan Bin did not hold any position in the company and its subsidiaries. Ms. Yuan Bin’s original term of office was from November 5, 2021 to November 4, 2024.
As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Yuan Bin directly holds 60000 shares of the company, accounting for 0.07% of the total share capital of the company.
