Announcement on applying for bank comprehensive credit (loan) line

Due to the capital demand of the company’s production, operation and investment plan, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the company’s production and operation and broaden financing channels, the company plans to apply to banks and other financial institutions for a comprehensive credit (loan) with an estimated total amount of 3.824 billion yuan. The credit (loan) period is 1-10 years. The types of credit (loan) include but are not limited to working capital loan, acceptance bill, letter of credit, financing guarantee, factoring business, etc. The comprehensive credit (loan) funds will be used to supplement the daily working capital turnover of the company and its subsidiaries and the investment business related to the main business. The credit (loan) line is finally subject to the credit (loan) line actually approved by the credit bank. The company will use it successively according to the actual capital demand.
