Jinhe Biotechnology Co.Ltd(002688) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) after the board of supervisors conducted a detailed investigation and evaluation on the construction and operation of the company’s internal control system, and carefully reviewed the company’s “self evaluation report on internal control in 2021”, the board of supervisors believed that through the careful implementation of relevant provisions such as the guidelines for self discipline supervision of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, The corporate governance structure is perfect, the business risk of the enterprise is reduced, and the internal control is established, improved and effectively implemented. The self evaluation report on internal control in 2021 truly and objectively reflects the construction and operation of the company’s internal control system.
