1、 Basic information of the company
Zhejiang Zhengguang Industrial Co.Ltd(301092) (hereinafter referred to as the company or the company) was formerly Hangzhou Zhengguang resin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hangzhou Zhengguang company). Hangzhou Zhengguang company was jointly invested and established by Hangzhou Zhengguang chemical group company and Yuhang Tangqi Town asset management company. It was registered with Yuhang Administration for Industry and Commerce on February 9, 1996 and obtained the business license of enterprise legal person with registration number of 143906141. Taking September 30, 2007 as the base date, Hangzhou Zhengguang company was changed into a joint stock limited company. It was registered with Zhejiang Administration for Industry and Commerce on December 29, 2007, and its headquarters is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
