1、 Prior approval opinions on the renewal of Lixin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the audit institution in 2022
Lixin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) has the qualification of securities practice, adheres to the principle of independent audit in the process of practice, and can issue various professional reports for the company on time, and the contents of the reports are objective and fair. With the prior approval of all independent directors, it is agreed to appoint Lixin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the audit institution of the company in 2022, and it is agreed to submit this proposal to the board of directors and the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
