Beijing Bayi Space Lcd Technology Co.Ltd(688181) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the board of supervisors recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Meng Ziyang, the supervisor. Mr. Meng Ziyang applied to the board of supervisors for resignation due to personal reasons.
Mr. Meng Ziyang has not held any shares of the company since he served as the supervisor of the company. Mr. Meng Ziyang was scrupulous and diligent during his tenure as supervisor of the company.
