Dayu Water-Saving Group Co.Ltd(300021) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) deliberated and adopted relevant proposals such as the proposal on the company’s plan to issue shares to specific objects in 2021 through summary procedures at the 58th (Interim) meeting of the Fifth Board of directors held on November 9, 2021.
On January 10, 2022, the company held the 60th (Interim) meeting of the 5th board of directors, deliberated and adopted the proposal on updating the company’s plan for issuing shares to specific objects through simple procedures and other relevant proposals. According to the plan for issuing shares to specific objects deliberated and approved by the board of directors of the company, the total amount of funds raised in this issuance shall not exceed RMB 300 million, which is in line with the provisions that the total amount of financing issued by gem to specific objects through simple procedures shall not exceed RMB 300 million and shall not exceed 20% of net assets at the end of the most recent year.
