1、 Transfer of controlling shareholder agreement
Mr. Liang Jianhua, the controlling shareholder of Super Telecom Co.Ltd(603322) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), signed the share transfer agreement with Wang Hao (hereinafter referred to as “the Transferee”) and Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co.Ltd(000166) Securities Co., Ltd. on December 23, 2021, which agreed that Mr. Liang Jianhua would transfer 7345000 shares of the company held by him (accounting for 4.59% of the total share capital of the company) to the transferee. For details, please refer to the suggestive announcement on the transfer of part of equity by controlling shareholders by agreement (Announcement No.: 2021-073) disclosed by the company.
On January 10, 2022, the company received the confirmation of transfer registration of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., and the transfer registration procedures have been completed for the transfer of shares of the company under this agreement.
