Announcement of resolutions of the first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors

The first meeting of the seventh board of supervisors of Bank Of Changsha Co.Ltd(601577) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held in conference room 3313, 33rd floor, head office of Bank Of Changsha Co.Ltd(601577) on the afternoon of Monday, January 10, 2022. 5 supervisors shall attend the meeting, and 5 supervisors actually attend the meeting. The meeting was unanimously elected by all supervisors present at the meeting, and the meeting was presided over by supervisor Bai Xiao. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the securities law of the people’s Republic of China and other laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association.
