Shenzhen Coship Electronics Co.Ltd(002052) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) hired Dahua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) to issue a non-standard unqualified audit report on the company’s 2021 financial statements. The board of directors of the company issued the special instructions of the board of directors on the audit report with non-standard unqualified opinion.

The board of supervisors believes that the special explanation made by the board of directors on the matters involved in the non-standard unqualified audit report meets the requirements of the relevant provisions of the CSRC and Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the actual situation of the company. The board of supervisors agrees with the explanation made by the board of directors on the matters involved in the non-standard unqualified audit report issued by Dahua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership), and will continue to pay attention to and supervise the implementation of relevant work by the board of directors and management, so as to safeguard the interests of the company and all shareholders.
