Dongguan Aohai Technology Co.Ltd(002993) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” and ” Dongguan Aohai Technology Co.Ltd(002993) “) deliberated and adopted the proposal on adjusting the remuneration of directors and the proposal on adjusting the remuneration of senior managers at the 13th meeting of the second board of directors and the 12th meeting of the second board of supervisors held on April 19, 2022. Among the above proposals, the proposal on adjusting the remuneration of directors needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders of the company for deliberation. The details are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Salary structure
1. Basic salary
The basic salary is to meet the basic living needs and job security of directors and senior managers. The design and standard of the basic salary are comprehensively formulated according to the post value, importance, work intensity, responsibility and other factors, and the basic salary is paid on a monthly basis.
2. Performance bonus
