Report on the work of independent directors of the company in 2021

On December 28, 2021, I was elected by the shareholders’ meeting of Tibet Summit Resources Co.Ltd(600338) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), and officially served as an independent director of the eighth board of directors of the company.
In 2021, I had limited time to perform my duties and did not carry out specific work related to independent directors. During the subsequent term of office, I will strictly abide by the company law, the securities law, the guidelines for the governance of listed companies, the guidelines for the self-regulation of listed companies of Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation, the guiding opinions on the establishment of independent director system in listed companies and other laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the articles of association, and proceed from the overall interests of the company, Earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially minority shareholders, faithfully, honestly, diligently and seriously perform the duties of independent directors, and give full play to the role of independent directors.
The above is my performance report in 2021. This work report will be reported to the shareholders attending the 2021 annual general meeting of the company.
