Recently, the company received the letter of Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) on changing the representative of Juneyao Grand Healthy Drinks Co.Ltd(605388) continuous supervision and recommendation issued by Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) and Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) originally appointed Mr. Zhou Wenhao and Mr. Qin Lei as the representative of continuous supervision and recommendation for the company's initial public offering of a shares. Mr. Zhou Wenhao no longer acts as the sponsor representative of the above projects due to job changes.
