During his tenure as the company’s audit institution, he followed the independent audit standards for Chinese certified public accountants, was diligent and conscientious, and fairly and reasonably expressed independent audit opinions. Therefore, we unanimously agreed to hire Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the audit institution of the company in 2022, and agreed to submit the matter to the 21st Meeting of the Fourth Board of directors for deliberation.
