Announcement on resignation of senior managers

The board of directors of Yunda Holding Co.Ltd(002120) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the written resignation report submitted by Mr. Lai Shiqiang, vice president (Deputy General Manager) of the company on January 10, 2022. Due to the adjustment of his work arrangement, Mr. Lai Shiqiang applied for resignation from the post of Vice President (Deputy General Manager) of the company. After resignation, in addition to continuing to serve as a director of the seventh board of directors of the company, Will no longer hold other positions in the company and its holding subsidiaries.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law, Shenzhen Stock Exchange self regulatory guidelines for listed companies No. 1 – standardized operation of main board listed companies and the articles of association, Mr. Lai Shiqiang’s resignation application shall take effect when the resignation report is delivered to the board of directors of the company.
